• The reservation is valid from the moment our administration will verify the advance payment of 30% of the total amount.
• If you are forced to cancel the booking and you have already paid the deposit, Alvino Suite & Breakfast will retain:

50% of the deposit if the cancellation is made within 20 days from the date of arrival;

70% if the cancellation is received between the 19th and the 14th day;

100% of the deposit if the cancellation is received after these deadlines.

• If we were forced to cancel the booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we would inform you immediately, return the entire deposit and commit ourselves to offer an alternative accommodation with characteristics similar to ours.
